- Create an account and verify your email via OTP.
- Generate or paste an SSH key, then paste your server IP.
- Let Molixa auto-detect the stack, or pick LAMP / LEMP / Node / WordPress.
- Visit the site on the auto-provisioned subdomain. You’re live.
AI assistant
- Ask in plain English: "clean up /var/log" or "why is CPU spiking".
- Molixa proposes the shell command and requests approval before running.
- Destructive actions (delete, rm -rf, DROP) require an explicit second confirm.
- Every AI action is written to the audit log and can be rolled back.
Deployments
- Connect GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket via OAuth.
- Pick a branch and set auto-deploy on push.
- Customize the build + release commands; streams logs live to the UI.
- Zero-downtime reload for PHP-FPM, PM2, gunicorn, and puma.
Databases
- One-click install for MySQL 8, Postgres 16, MongoDB 7, and Redis 7.
- Automated daily snapshots to S3, Backblaze B2, DO Spaces, or Hetzner.
- Slow-query log surfaces the top offenders with EXPLAIN plans.
- Point-in-time restore for supported engines.
Security
- Enable 2FA via TOTP or WebAuthn for any account.
- UFW firewall managed from the UI, plus automated fail2ban rules.
- Let’s Encrypt with auto-renewal for any site hostname you own.
- Run the CIS Level 1 benchmark scan and view a prioritized remediation list.
Teams & RBAC
- Create a team, invite by email, and assign a role (Owner / Admin / Member / Viewer).
- Scope permissions per server, site, or database.
- All actions are captured in the audit log with actor, IP, and result.
- Available on all paid tiers; SAML SSO on Enterprise.
