Terms of Service

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update the Terms from time to time; we will give at least 30 days\u2019 notice for material changes.

Molixa Forge is a control plane that connects to Linux servers over SSH so you can deploy, monitor, and secure them from a single dashboard. You bring your own infrastructure and credentials; we operate the dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, for keeping it up to date, and for all activities that occur under it. Enable 2FA or WebAuthn. You must be at least 16 to use Molixa Forge.

You agree not to use Molixa Forge to break the law, send spam, host malware, attack third-party systems, or evade sanctions. We will suspend accounts that violate this policy after reasonable notice where practical.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year, charged to the payment method on file. Failed payments are retried for up to seven days before the plan is downgraded. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis if we are at fault.

We target 99.95% monthly uptime for the control plane. Enterprise contracts carry a written SLA with service credits. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance and runs during off-peak hours.

You retain ownership of everything you deploy and of your server configuration. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service on your behalf. We claim no rights over your code, data, or credentials.

The Molixa Forge brand, UI, and source (except our open-source packages) are licensed, not sold. You may not resell the service as your own except under the Agency reseller plan, which includes explicit white-label rights.

The service is provided \u201cas is.\u201d We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that defects will be corrected. You are responsible for backups of any critical data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may cancel at any time from account settings. We may terminate for material breach, non-payment, or sanctions risk. Upon termination we will preserve your data for 30 days for export.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
