Can you help me migrate from RunCloud or Laravel Forge?
Yes. Our connect flow runs a detection scan that finds existing nginx sites, databases, and running services so we can adopt a live server without downtime. For paid tiers we also offer a one-time white-glove migration for up to 10 sites free.
Do you support my server provider?
Molixa Forge works with any Linux VPS reachable over SSH. Hetzner, DigitalOcean, AWS EC2, Vultr, Linode, Google Cloud, Azure, OVHcloud, Contabo, and Upcloud are all routinely tested; others just work.
Is there phone support?
We’re ticket- and chat-first by default so every interaction is logged and searchable. Enterprise plans include scheduled calls for incident review and quarterly business reviews.
