Pricing questions we hear often
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Any paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email billing@molixa.app from the address on the account and we refund the last charge in full. No scripted retention calls, no survey to fill out first.
Is annual billing cheaper than monthly?
Yes. Pay for ten months and get two free when you pick the annual option at checkout. That works out to roughly 17 percent off every Pro and Agency plan. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the billing page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and we prorate the charge for the rest of the month. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep the features you paid for until the end of the period. No tickets to file, it all happens from the dashboard.
What counts as a server?
One server is one VPS or VM with its own IP address that Molixa Forge connects to over SSH. A four-core Hetzner CX31 counts the same as a one-core CX11. We do not charge per CPU, per site, or per request, so your bill stays flat as traffic grows.
How do team seats work?
A seat is one teammate who can log in to your workspace. Pro includes three seats, Agency includes ten, and extra seats on either plan cost five dollars per month each. Owners, Admins, Developers, and Viewers are all valid seat types with role-based permissions.
Can I bring my own AI provider or API key?
Yes on Agency and Enterprise. Drop in your Anthropic, OpenAI, or self-hosted Ollama endpoint and Molixa Forge uses your key for every AI call, with full redaction of server secrets before the request leaves your workspace. Usage shows up on your own provider bill, not ours.
