Agency questions, straight answers
How does per client isolation work on the agency hosting platform?
Every client gets their own tag, their own sites, their own SSH keys, and their own scoped team access. A developer on client A cannot see, touch, or deploy anything for client B. The audit log ties every action to a user and a client, so you always know who did what.
Can I put the portal on my own branded domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME like portal.youragency.com at our edge and we issue a free TLS cert, serve your logo and colors, and route the traffic. Clients never see molixa.app in the URL or in email notifications.
How do client invoice PDFs work?
Tag each server and site with a client. At the end of the month we generate a PDF invoice per client with your logo, your terms, and the resources they used. Connect Stripe to auto charge, or email the PDFs yourself.
Can I give clients read only access to their own dashboards?
Yes. Invite each client to their scoped view with a read only role. They can check metrics, uptime, and invoices but cannot run deploys, rotate keys, or touch the server. You keep full control while giving them the transparency they ask for.
Can I resell Molixa Forge to my own clients?
Yes. The agency plan includes reseller rights so you can bundle Molixa into your monthly retainer, set your own price, and bill the client directly. No revenue share, no approval process.
How is client data kept separate on shared servers?
Each site runs under its own Linux user with its own home directory, its own PHP pool, and its own database credentials. One client cannot read another client files even when they share a VPS. SSH keys are scoped per site, not per server.
