Solutions / Agencies
Molixa Forge runs every client server, every deploy, and every invoice from one panel. White label branding, scoped team roles, client portals, and reseller plans built for agencies that ship fast.
Multi client management
Tag every server and site with a client. Filter the dashboard by client in one click. Nothing gets mixed up, nothing falls through the cracks, and onboarding a new client takes minutes.
Attach a client to each server, site, and team member. Filter metrics, logs, and invoices by client without digging.
Pin a shared note to every client. Credentials, quirks, contact info, and contract dates live in one place your team can find.
Run WordPress for one client, Laravel for another, Node for a third, all on the same panel. Our AI assistant handles the stack differences so you do not have to.
Team roles + permissions
Six built in roles plus custom scopes. A junior dev deploys to staging only. An ops lead has SSH on production. A designer sees nothing but the preview URL. When someone leaves, one click rotates every key they had.
Most tools give you owner or admin and call it a day. Molixa lets you scope a developer to client A only, give your accountant billing access with no server rights, and let a client see metrics but never run a deploy. Compare this to other panels on our features page.
White label branding
Clients log in to portal.youragency.com and see your brand everywhere. Email notifications ship from your sender. Molixa is invisible. The whole experience feels like a product you built in house.
Add a CNAME, we issue the TLS cert, clients see youragency.com in the URL bar forever.
Upload your mark once. The dashboard, login page, emails, and invoice PDFs all pick it up automatically.
Hook up SMTP or Postmark so password resets and alerts come from support@youragency.com, not our domain.
Client invoice portals
At month end the billing worker totals each client resource use and emits a PDF invoice with your branding. Clients see their own invoice history in the portal. Payments sync to Stripe or stay manual, your call.
Handoffs, reselling, and team chat
Internal notes, activity feeds, and a lightweight chat keep the whole team on the same page. Reseller plans let you bundle Molixa into your monthly retainer with no revenue share.
Pin credentials, quirks, and contract terms to every client. New team members find the answer instead of asking in Slack.
Bundle Molixa into your monthly price, keep the full margin, and bill the client directly. No revenue share with us.
Every deploy, backup, and alert streams to a shared feed. Reply in thread, assign follow ups, and stop copy pasting logs into Slack.
FAQ
Every client gets their own tag, their own sites, their own SSH keys, and their own scoped team access. A developer on client A cannot see, touch, or deploy anything for client B. The audit log ties every action to a user and a client, so you always know who did what.
Yes. Point a CNAME like portal.youragency.com at our edge and we issue a free TLS cert, serve your logo and colors, and route the traffic. Clients never see molixa.app in the URL or in email notifications.
Tag each server and site with a client. At the end of the month we generate a PDF invoice per client with your logo, your terms, and the resources they used. Connect Stripe to auto charge, or email the PDFs yourself.
Yes. Invite each client to their scoped view with a read only role. They can check metrics, uptime, and invoices but cannot run deploys, rotate keys, or touch the server. You keep full control while giving them the transparency they ask for.
Yes. The agency plan includes reseller rights so you can bundle Molixa into your monthly retainer, set your own price, and bill the client directly. No revenue share, no approval process.
Each site runs under its own Linux user with its own home directory, its own PHP pool, and its own database credentials. One client cannot read another client files even when they share a VPS. SSH keys are scoped per site, not per server.
